(A-ATS for short) was officially registered in HK SAR of China in July 2005. A-ATS is a plastic injection mold & part supplier for the ports of the USA & Europe. Our operation office is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City where a well-known industry area is connecting China with the world, as well as a convenient link to our tooling and molding shop. Supported by a strict project operation system, we have confidence to complete projects at customer's expectation. Tooling Project Progress Sequence PO Release -Mold Design - Layout Approval - Order Mold Base and Cavity, Core steel - Detailed CNC 3D Data and 2D Drawings Release - Project team review & confirm tooling T-1 Date - Order Standard Components, Hot Runner System ( if required ) & Test Resin ( except customers supply specified resin & ship to China ) - Mechanical Process - CNC, EDM, Wire Cut Process - Submit tooling progress report with work pieces, process status photo attachment to customer every week - Fitting & Assemble Mold - Mold T-1 - Sample Submit for customer's review ( email Mold Test Report & Sample Measurement Report to customer ASAP ) - Mold Modification ( Engineering Change ) & T- 2 or T-3 maybe required in most cases to achieve perfectness for part appearance & functions - Sample Approval - Mold Surface Polishing, Texture Process - Mold Final Test before shipping - Customer give shipping instruction - Final Mold Quality Conventional Check - Mold Packing Up - Shipping Mold Design All our mold design will strictly follow customers' technical specifications. In the mean time, our design team may give necessary design options for customers' choice to achieve best results of both tooling and molding for a product. We use standard English to mark-up 2D-3D data for customers' review and comment. PRO-E, UG and SOLIDWORKS are our 3 sets of 3D design major software. Auto Cad for 2D design. Part Design We offer part design service as well if required by customers. Molding Shop We have a molding shop as well to facilitate the part production for customers.
